Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5-16 business days within the United States.

Shipping Carriers

Shipments will be made via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order is fulfilled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible, but Lumyra is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once tracking shows delivery.
