Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery, subject to the following:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order details, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We strive to resolve any issues professionally and quickly.
